The staff also admits residents under 60 years old when appropriate.

Care delivery is backed by a 24-hour on-site nurse, an RN/LPN team, and on-call nursing support around the clock. Podiatry is provided on campus, and the community is able to accept residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Night shift staff remain awake, and the building uses door alarms, a fenced rear area, and pull-cord or personal emergency response systems to alert caregivers. Full assistance is available with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and the team can support transfers that range from standby supervision to two-person physical help, accommodating walkers and wheelchairs.

Apartments include options with private bathrooms, cable service, and the opportunity to paint or decorate the space, although not every unit contains every feature. Residents may bring small furnishings and décor to personalize their rooms within safety guidelines.

Meals are served on a set menu, and the kitchen can modify diets to support medical directives such as low-sodium, diabetic, or texture-adjusted plans. Snacks are available between meals, ensuring residents who need additional calories or late-night nourishment receive them.
