Green Life of Pompano is a residential care home prepared to manage a wide range of health conditions. The staff is trained to support residents who exhibit combative or other behavioral issues, need supervision throughout the night, require wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, or diabetic management with oral medications or insulin injections. The community also accepts residents under 60 years old and is experienced with moderate dementia.

On-site podiatry is available, and the home accepts residents with psychiatric conditions. Residents can receive full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and staff can handle transfers involving walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, or a one-person lift. Private and semi-private rooms are offered furnished, and many allow personal décor changes such as painting or additional furnishings; however, not every accommodation includes every feature. Cable service is offered in select rooms, and housekeeping and laundry keep living spaces in order.

Meals are served on a set menu, but the kitchen also takes on-order requests, provides snacks throughout the day, and manages physician-ordered diet modifications. Specialized diets for diabetes, wound healing, and other conditions are routinely prepared.

An internist and a consulting psychiatrist visit the community, and staff oversee medication management. Regular housekeeping, personal laundry, and scheduled transportation are provided, and there are no age exceptions for admission.
