Younger residents under 60 are accepted when their medical profile fits the program, and individualized care plans are adjusted as clinical needs change.

Clinical support is reinforced by an on-site RN or LPN, a 24-hour nurse on call, and an awake night staff. Background-checked caregivers monitor fenced and alarm-secured grounds, with pull-cord alerts in resident areas. A consulting podiatrist visits regularly, and full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby supervision to two-person lifts, accommodating walkers and wheelchairs.

Resident suites may include a private bathroom and cable service, although these features are not present in every room. Spaces are designed for ease of navigation and quick staff access, reducing fall risk and supporting residents who use mobility devices.
