Brookdale Chambrel Pinecastle offers three levels of residential care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—so residents can remain on the same campus even if their needs change. The community is equipped to support moderate dementia conditions and provides on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Residents who need diabetes care, wound care, or routine physician oversight can receive those services through an in-house clinic and visiting doctors. Short-term respite stays are also accepted, allowing families a temporary break while their loved one receives full clinical oversight.
An RN or LPN is on staff around the clock, and a nurse is on site 24 hours a day to handle medication management, incontinence programs, and emergencies. Security personnel are present at all times, and the Memory Care neighborhood is enclosed to reduce wandering risks. Residents who require help with bathing, dressing, eating, or toileting can receive full assistance, and staff can facilitate transfers using walkers, wheelchairs, or standby supervision. Additional medical resources include a podiatrist, hospice coordination, ambulatory care, and programs specifically designed for memory loss.
Accommodation choices range from studios to larger units that may feature kitchenettes, balconies, patios, terraces, or decks. Central air conditioning, cable or satellite TV, Wi-Fi, wheelchair-accessible showers, and in-unit washer/dryers are available in select residences. Housekeeping, surface parking, and guest suites can be arranged, and many apartments overlook landscaped grounds, courtyard gardens, or outdoor walking paths. Because floor plans vary, not every unit includes every listed feature.
Residents dine from a set menu in the main dining room, and the culinary team can modify meals to accommodate medical or personal dietary requirements, including diabetic, low-sodium, or mechanically altered textures. Assistance with eating is offered when needed, and snacks and hydration stations are available throughout the day.
Amenities and services on campus include resident parking, a 24-hour security system, concierge service, an exercise room, game and movie rooms, a library, arts and crafts studio, therapy room, wellness center, business center, and clinic. Outdoor options feature walking paths, an outdoor pool, communal gardens, a fishing pond, and landscaped grounds with porches and courtyards. Other conveniences include an on-site barber/beauty shop, emergency response devices in each room, meeting rooms, postal services, and private dining for family events. Pets are allowed.
