Courtyard Gardens of Jupiter provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care, including support for residents living with advanced dementia. The care team manages common medical needs such as wandering behaviors during the day or night, elopement risk, oxygen therapy, special diets, and diabetes controlled with oral medication. Residents who require total help with bathing, dressing, eating, or toileting receive that assistance within either care program.
Clinical resources are reinforced by an RN or LPN on staff and a nurse on call 24 hours a day. All employees undergo background checks, an awake night shift supervises the building, and resident rooms are equipped with pull-cord call systems. A podiatrist visits on site, and a dedicated therapy room supports ongoing rehabilitation or strength programs. Transfers can be performed with standby assistance, walker, wheelchair, or one- and two-person techniques, matching the resident’s mobility level. An activity director coordinates daily cognitive and social programming that complements each care plan.
Residences can include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, and regular housekeeping; however, not every unit contains every feature. Maintenance and scheduled laundry are included, and layouts accommodate mobility devices.
Meals follow a set menu with the kitchen able to prepare mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid diets. Special diet management is available for medical or cultural needs. Residents can eat in the main dining room, request in-room service, or reserve a private space for visiting family. Snacks are stocked throughout the day.
Amenities and convenience services cover outdoor smoking areas, pet-friendly policies, full wheelchair accessibility, a barber and beauty shop, movie room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge assistance, library, and special-interest clubs. Scheduled transportation and a town car are available for appointments or errands. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
