MAJESTIC MEMORY CARE is dedicated exclusively to Memory Care and is equipped to manage residents who wander at any time of the day, show exit‐seeking behaviors, display combativeness, or experience other complex behavioral issues. The care team supports up-all-night sleep patterns, oversees special diets, and monitors diabetics on oral medications. Residents with advanced dementia conditions receive continuous oversight, and visiting podiatry services and acceptance of psychiatric diagnoses round out the on-site medical resources. Direct personal care can include full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby support to one- or two-person physical assists, and the staff is comfortable working with walkers and wheelchairs.
Around-the-clock safety measures include a fully awake night shift, 24-hour staffing, and perimeter fencing at both the front and rear of the property. All entry points are door-alarmed, and resident rooms are equipped with pull cords that either alert staff or call 911 directly. Every employee passes a background check, and a full-time activity director organizes cognitive and recreational programs designed for memory support. These safeguards and structured activities create a predictable environment that helps minimize confusion and wandering risk.
Private and semiprivate rooms come furnished and many include cable service, although not every unit offers every feature. Housekeeping and laundry are provided, and residents may add optional services such as medication-management monitoring, making the community a practical option for couples in which one partner remains more independent. Dining provides three daily meals on a set menu, but kitchen staff can prepare on-order selections and accommodate physician-ordered diet modifications. Snacks are available throughout the day to help maintain weight and stabilize blood glucose. Independent Living residents can opt into a monthly meal plan that mirrors the Memory Care dining program.
Amenities are arranged with accessibility in mind. The campus is wheelchair-friendly, offers internet access, and maintains communal gardens and a wellness center. A barber and beauty shop, movie room, and on-site religious services provide convenient outlets for social and spiritual engagement, while nearby public transportation makes off-site appointments easier to keep. Small pets are allowed, and it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
