The Club at Boynton Beach delivers two levels of licensed care—Assisted Living and Memory Care—with an emphasis on medical oversight. The community is equipped to manage wandering behaviors both day and night, elopement risks, combative or other challenging behaviors, sleep reversal (“up all night”) and complex dietary needs, including special diets and diabetes managed by oral medication. Care teams are trained to work with residents who have advanced dementia conditions, and medication management is built into every care plan.
Staffing and safety systems reinforce that clinical focus. All employees undergo background checks, and an awake night-shift staff remains on duty every night. The grounds are secured by front and rear fencing, door-alarm systems, and in-room pull cords that can alert on-site staff or connect directly to 911. A dedicated activity director structures each day, while licensed nurses coordinate on-site podiatry visits and accept residents with psychiatric histories. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating and toileting, and the team can accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby support or a one-person transfer.
Resident apartments may feature a private bathroom, a kitchenette, individual climate controls and cable service, though not every unit offers every feature. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided, and maintenance handles routine requests. Meals are prepared daily, with both a set menu and on-order selections; snacks are available between meals, and the kitchen honors physician-ordered diet modifications and texture changes.
Independent-living residents who share the campus can add medical-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry service and a monthly meal plan to match their individual needs. These services allow a gradual progression of support without requiring a move to another building.
Community amenities include wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, a movie room, a wellness center with internet access, landscaped communal gardens, on-site religious services and proximity to public transportation. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
