Both programs are designed to adapt as needs change, ensuring continuity of service without requiring a move to another community.

Clinical support is available around the clock. All employees undergo background checks, an awake night-shift team is on duty, and staff can be summoned through in-room pull cords or personal emergency response systems. A therapy room on the premises allows residents to receive rehabilitative treatments without leaving the building. Full assistance is offered for bathing, dressing, and toileting, while staff provide some physical assistance at mealtimes. Residents who use walkers, wheelchairs, or require a one-person transfer are accommodated as part of the standard care plan.

Accommodations range from suites with private bathrooms to units with kitchenettes and independent temperature controls; however, not every apartment includes every feature. Residents can personalize their space with paint or décor, and basic cable, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry services are provided.

Dining options are structured yet flexible. A set menu is available daily, but made-to-order meals can be requested, and snacks are accessible throughout the day. In-room meal service and a private dining room accommodate personal preferences or family gatherings. The kitchen staff manages dietary modifications, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices, to support individual health requirements.
