Arcadia Oaks Assisted Living provides one level of care—Assisted Living—and is prepared to serve adults who need continual oversight, including residents under 60, people managing insulin-dependent diabetes, and individuals with mild dementia. Care plans are created and updated by licensed nurses, with routine monitoring for blood glucose, cognitive changes, and medication compliance to help each resident remain medically stable.
Registered and licensed practical nurses are on staff, and every employee has passed a background check. Doorways are alarmed to reduce the risk of wandering. On-site podiatry services and a dedicated therapy room allow residents to keep routine appointments without leaving the property. Caregivers deliver full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting and can perform safe transfers for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs.
Private and semi-private suites are available. Some units feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, and cable service. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are included for all residents, although not every accommodation contains every amenity listed; prospective residents should verify room features during a visit.
Meals follow a set menu prepared to meet common dietary restrictions, and snacks are available throughout the day. Independent Living participants on the same campus can opt into medication-management monitoring, regular housekeeping, and laundry service, gaining support while maintaining a lower level of care.
Resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, and scheduled transportation for medical appointments are provided. A barber and beauty shop, internet access, communal gardens, a library, and designated outdoor smoking areas are available for everyday convenience. Pets are allowed, so it's a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
