Ingleside at Rock Creek offers three levels of residence: Independent Living for those who are largely self-sufficient, Assisted Living for individuals needing daily support, and Memory Care for residents with cognitive changes, including moderate dementia. The community manages wandering behaviors in the morning or evening, employs elopement precautions, and monitors residents who may be up all night. Clinical services include wound care, oxygen management, special diet preparation, and diabetes oversight for people using oral medication, insulin injections, or sliding-scale protocols. The team also accepts adults under 60 who require long-term residential care.

Registered nurses and licensed practical nurses are on site 24 hours a day, with an additional nurse always on call. Staff members pass background checks, remain awake on night shift, and are supported by an activity director who designs therapeutic programs. Safety measures include door alarms, wander guard technology, pull-cord alerts, PERS pendants, and continuous security staffing. On-site medical services feature podiatry, and the community accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Caregivers can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, while transfer support ranges from standby help with a walker to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers for bed-bound residents.

Apartments may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, individual temperature controls, cable service, and the option for residents to paint or decorate their space, though not every unit has all of these features. Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping, personal and linen laundry, and a monthly meal plan.

Dining services prepare a daily set menu, offer on-order selections, and make snacks available throughout the day. Therapeutic diet modifications are provided for diabetes, cardiac needs, or other physician-ordered restrictions to ensure nutritional adequacy and compliance.

Residents have access to on-site parking, outdoor smoking areas, and fully wheelchair-accessible common spaces. Pets are allowed; it's a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
