Seabury Retirement Community delivers three levels of residential care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—so residents can remain within one campus even if needs change. Short-term respite stays are available for recovery or caregiver relief, and programs are in place to support mild dementia. Around-the-clock clinical oversight includes on-site physicians, diabetes monitoring, regular physical therapy sessions, and access to a speech therapist, giving residents and families a clearly defined medical safety net.
Additional health services include visiting podiatrists, audiologists, and dentists, as well as a dedicated therapy room for rehab exercises. An Activity Director coordinates daily engagement while 24-hour security and staff provide consistent supervision. Assistance with activities of daily living is offered at the level required—stand-by support for bathing and dressing, self-care encouragement for eating and toileting, and help with transfers for residents using walkers or wheelchairs. The goal is to supply just the right amount of help without limiting personal independence.
Apartments vary in size and layout, and not every unit has the same features; however, options may include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable, in-unit laundry, and regular housekeeping services. Residents who prefer not to handle their own linens can choose scheduled community laundry instead. Independent Living residents receive light housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan as part of their contract, allowing them to focus on activities rather than chores.
Dining follows a flexible approach. Residents may select daily chef-prepared menus, order specific dishes, or pick up snacks throughout the day. A private dining room is available for family gatherings. The culinary team can manage gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, puree, and thickened-liquid diets to meet medical or personal preferences, adjusting textures and seasonings without compromising nutritional value.
Seabury’s campus includes resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and wellness centers, a pool, movie room, library, communal gardens, internet access, on-site religious services, concierge assistance, special-interest clubs, and scheduled transportation for appointments and shopping.
