The Reserve at Lone Tree will offer Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care when it opens in spring 2025. Residents who need help with daily routines can opt for full-service Assisted Living, while seniors who prefer a lighter touch have the option of Independent Living with access to supportive services as needed. The Memory Care neighborhood is designed to serve residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, providing structured programming and a secure setting.
Medical oversight is central to the community’s model. A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on site around the clock, backed up by a nurse on call at all times. Respite stays and short-term recovery programs are available, and staff members are trained in diabetes management as well as advanced dementia care. Full assistance is offered for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and transfer help ranges from standby supervision to one-person assists for walkers and wheelchairs. All employees undergo background checks, and an activity director coordinates therapeutic programming. Residents also have access to an on-site therapy room for rehabilitation services.
Apartments are designed for both privacy and convenience. Layouts may include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable hookups, in-unit laundry, and regular housekeeping, although specific features vary by floor plan. Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping, with additional services available for a fee. Emergency call systems connect each apartment to the nursing staff 24 hours a day.
Dining is structured to give residents predictable options and flexibility. Three chef-prepared meals follow a set menu but can be ordered à la carte, and snacks are available throughout the day. Meals may be taken in the main dining room, a private dining space for family visits, or through in-room service. The culinary team accommodates physician-ordered diet modifications and individual preferences when medically appropriate.
Residents will have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a beauty and barber shop, exercise and wellness rooms, a movie room, library, pool, concierge desk, communal gardens, special-interest clubs, and campus-wide internet. Transportation options include scheduled shuttles for medical appointments, a town-car service, and proximity to public transit. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
