Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center operates as a skilled nursing facility that supports both short-term and long-term stays. Residents have access to respite care when caregivers need a break, and the on-site therapy team delivers goal-oriented physical and restorative therapy programs designed to maintain or improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills. These services are available seven days a week, and treatment schedules are adjusted to each resident’s care plan.
To maintain a secure environment, all guests sign in at the front desk before they enter resident areas, allowing staff to monitor who is in the building at all times. This system supports consistent staffing awareness and helps protect residents while still encouraging family and friends to visit.
Private and semi-private rooms are offered, and select accommodations may include in-unit washers and dryers, Wi-Fi access, and parking nearby. Outdoor areas feature landscaped grounds, resident gardens, and general garden spaces where residents can relax or take part in intergenerational programs. Because floor plans differ, not every room offers every feature, so it is best to confirm what is available during a tour. Pets are welcome in designated areas, subject to the community’s guidelines.
Meals are prepared on site and served three times daily, with an all-day dining option for residents who prefer flexible meal times. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and staff can work with residents on any physician-ordered dietary modifications.
Residents can spend free time in the activity center, library and computer lounge, or by joining clubs, men’s groups, or wellness classes. Regularly scheduled social outings, happy hours, and game or movie nights offer additional opportunities to stay active and connected.
