Hilltop Reserve Senior Living offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in one campus, allowing residents to transition between service levels without relocating. Care teams can manage complex conditions such as advanced dementia, wandering behaviors at any time of day, elopement risk, combative or other behavioral issues, and residents who remain awake throughout the night. Clinical staff administer wound care, oxygen therapy, and complete diabetic management—covering oral medications, injections, and sliding-scale protocols. The community also accepts residents under 60 years old who need these higher levels of medical oversight.
Round-the-clock coverage includes an on-site RN or LPN, an awake night shift, and 24-hour security staff. All employees undergo background checks, and emergency pull cords and PERS devices alert staff immediately. A full-time Activity Director coordinates therapeutic programs that complement medical treatment plans. On-site services such as podiatry, audiology, dental care, psychiatric support, and a dedicated therapy room reduce the need for outside appointments. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, some help with eating, and a range of transfers from standby to one-person assist using walkers or wheelchairs.
Residences vary in layout and finish, and not every unit includes every feature, but options can include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable, and even in-unit laundry. Residents may personalize their space with paint and décor. Routine housekeeping and scheduled laundry are standard, and Independent Living residents also have access to medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry service, and a monthly meal plan designed for their lighter support needs.
Dining is handled in a straightforward, flexible manner. Meals are made to order, snacks are available throughout the day, and a private dining room can be reserved for family visits. The culinary team works with clinical staff to support diet modifications and specialized nutritional management, and Independent Living residents can participate in the monthly meal plan while still cooking in their own kitchenettes if they prefer.
Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a pool, exercise room, wellness center, barber/beauty shop, movie room, library, concierge services, communal gardens, on-site religious services, and reliable internet access. Scheduled transportation is provided, and the campus is close to public transit for added convenience. Pets are allowed. It's a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
