Staff are trained to support moderate dementia and to adjust daily routines around each resident’s medical requirements.

Care is overseen by an RN or LPN, and a licensed nurse is on-site 24 hours a day. Night staff remain awake, and every apartment is connected to a pull-cord system that alerts caregivers. A dedicated activity director coordinates daily programs, while 24-hour security and staff coverage keep the building monitored. On-site podiatry reduces the need for outside appointments. The team can provide full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and they accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby support, and one-person transfers.

Apartments are designed for practicality and comfort. Many units include a kitchenette for residents who wish to prepare light refreshments, although not every accommodation has this feature. Emergency call systems are installed in each living space for added safety.
