Floor plans vary by size and layout, and not every unit includes every available feature, so prospective residents should verify specifics during a tour. The community is pet friendly, allowing many residents to keep companion animals subject to policy and suitability reviews.

Meals are served from a set menu in a central dining room, with diet modifications and physician-ordered restrictions accommodated by the culinary staff.
