Pet-friendly policies allow cats and certain other companion animals, but not every unit has the same layout or amenities, so families should confirm details during a tour.

Standard menus can be adjusted for vegetarian, low-sodium, or no-sugar preferences. International dishes appear regularly, and guests may join residents for meals.
