Ivy Park at Wood Ranch offers two levels of residential support: Assisted Living for adults who need help with daily routines, and Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Both programs are structured to provide appropriate supervision, personal care, and social engagement while respecting each resident’s independence and preferences.
Medical oversight extends well beyond basic assistance. Short-term respite stays are accepted, and clinical staff monitor diabetes, manage medications, and coordinate hospice services when required. Licensed nurses are on site up to 16 hours a day, supported by visiting physicians, dentists, podiatrists, vision specialists, and physical therapists. The building is equipped with an emergency call system, a full sprinkler network, and a wander-management system designed for cognitive-impairment safety. Incontinence care, ambulatory support, and a mental-wellness program round out a health platform that addresses both physical and cognitive needs.
Apartments vary from studio layouts to efficiency suites, some with kitchenettes, private baths, and wheelchair-accessible showers. Features such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, window treatments, and individual climate control are available in many—but not all—units. Residents may find options that include outdoor access, views of landscaped grounds, or proximity to the central fireplace and library. The community is pet-friendly, and parking is offered for both residents and guests.
Dining is handled by a professional chef who prepares three daily meals plus healthy snacks. All-day dining, guest meals, and a café-bistro give residents scheduling flexibility. Restaurant-style service is offered in the main dining room, with therapeutic menus that accommodate low-sodium, no-sugar, or other dietary requirements.
Recreational programming is organized around an activity center and a full calendar that includes fitness classes, yoga, indoor and outdoor walking paths, raised garden beds, arts and crafts, live music, movie nights, and holiday celebrations. Residents can join clubs, volunteer in community-service projects, attend happy hour or karaoke, and participate in day trips, intergenerational programs, and sensory-based events.
