Select apartments are pet friendly, and several open onto walking paths that pass a butterfly garden or connect with courtyard seating near the community’s central fireplace. Dining follows an all-day schedule that allows residents to choose mealtimes. The menu offers vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-sodium, and no-sugar options in addition to standard entrées. Snacks and hydration stations remain available between meals, and staff monitor intake to adjust diet plans when medical needs change.

Residents have access to a library and computer lounge, raised garden beds, an activity center with woodworking space, and a calendar that includes clubs, karaoke, yoga and chair-yoga classes, fitness programming, reminiscence and sensory-based sessions, and scheduled social outings. A swimming pool is available for exercise or leisure under staff supervision.
