Aldersly offers three levels of residential care—independent living, assisted living, and memory care—allowing residents to transition between options without leaving the community. On-site physician availability supports routine medical oversight, and specialized diabetes care helps residents monitor blood glucose, manage medications, and adjust diet as needed.
Additional clinical services are maintained on campus to reduce off-site appointments. Hospice care can be introduced when appropriate, and incontinence and ambulatory care are available to support residents with mobility or bladder management needs. A licensed nursing team oversees medication management and collaborates with podiatrists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists who provide scheduled visits for rehabilitation and ongoing therapy. Dedicated memory-care programming and staff training are in place for residents with cognitive decline.
Living quarters range from studios to larger apartments. Depending on the specific unit, features may include kitchenettes, private decks or balconies, air conditioning, cable or satellite television, Wi-Fi access, and patio space. Some apartments open to outdoor areas such as the butterfly garden, while common areas include a central fireplace, a piano or organ, and designated parking. Because floor plans vary, not every accommodation contains every listed feature.
Meals are prepared by a professional chef and served restaurant style, with an all-day dining option for residents who prefer flexible scheduling. Guest meals are available, and menus can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-sodium, no-sugar, and organic preferences. International cuisine appears regularly to broaden dining choices, and nutrition staff work with the clinical team to align meals with individual health requirements.
Residents have access to an activity center, library and computer lounge, and raised garden beds. Scheduled programs include yoga and chair yoga, fitness classes, karaoke sessions, live-music events, happy hours, birthday celebrations, dances, and intergenerational programs. Social outings make use of local attractions, and a swimming pool offers additional exercise and recreation opportunities.
