Door alarms, personal emergency response systems, and in-room pull cords add layers of security. A therapy room and visiting podiatry services reduce the need for outside appointments. Staff provide full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting and are trained in every level of transfer support—from standby with a walker to two-person and Hoyer lift transfers for bedbound residents.

Apartments vary in layout and may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, in-unit laundry, and the option to paint or decorate the space; not every unit offers every feature. Regular housekeeping and scheduled laundry are standard. Independent Living residents can opt for medication-management monitoring, additional housekeeping, personal laundry, and a monthly meal plan.
