Bathing and dressing can be provided with full assistance, toileting with some hands-on help, and meals are served to residents who can eat independently. Transfer options range from simple standby to one-person assists for walkers and wheelchairs, ensuring continuity of mobility as needs change. Apartments include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, individual climate controls, cable connections, and the flexibility for residents to personalize walls with paint or décor, though not every unit contains every feature.
