Regency Place offers three levels of care—Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care—under one roof. Residents with wandering behaviors, whether during the day or at night, and those who are awake throughout the night receive close monitoring. The clinical team accepts individuals requiring special diets and advanced dementia support, coordinating directly with an on-site podiatrist and outside medical providers when necessary.
Round-the-clock staffing includes licensed nurses who complete regular assessments and coordinate care plans. Background-checked caregivers stay awake at night, respond to pull-cord and PERS alerts, and monitor the fenced front and rear grounds. The community provides full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting and can support transfers that range from standby help to two-person assists, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs. An activity director designs programs that align with each resident’s physical and cognitive abilities.
Apartments may feature a kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, and regular housekeeping, though not every unit includes every feature. Dining options include a set menu, on-order selections, all-day snacks, and the option for in-room service. The culinary team accommodates diet modifications such as mechanical-chopped, puréed, thickened-liquid, vegetarian, and other physician-ordered plans.
Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping, a monthly meal plan, and in-unit washer-dryer connections; they also have access to a clubhouse, hot tub, and pool. Utilities are billed separately, allowing residents to choose service levels that fit their preferences.
Residents have on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, outdoor smoking areas, and the option to bring pets. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed. Additional amenities include a barber/beauty shop, exercise room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge assistance, special-interest clubs, a book room, and a TV room. Scheduled transportation covers medical appointments through the community shuttle, and staff can arrange other local trips as needed.
