Apartments vary in size and layout; not every unit includes every feature. Options can include a private bathroom, kitchenette, full-sized kitchen, ceiling fans, and independent temperature controls. Some residences open onto a back patio or deck, and residents may paint or decorate their space. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are included, and maintenance staff handle routine repairs. Independent Living residents can receive housekeeping, laundry, a monthly meal plan, additional locked storage, and weekly trips to the grocery store.

Dining offers both a set menu and made-to-order selections, with snacks available throughout the day and in-room meal delivery when needed. The culinary team honors physician-ordered diet modifications such as mechanical-chopped, puréed, thickened-liquid, and vegetarian plans.
