Medical support extends to wound care, oxygen therapy, special diet management, and blood-glucose monitoring for diabetics using oral medications. Adults under 60 are welcome when their needs match the care scope of the community.

All caregivers undergo background checks, and staff remain on site around the clock. The rear grounds are fenced, exterior doors are alarmed, and residents wear personal emergency response systems that alert staff if help is needed. A night-shift caregiver is present even when most residents are asleep. Podiatry services are available on site, and the home accepts individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. Full assistance can be provided for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby support to two-person or Hoyer lift transfers, including services for those who are bed bound.

Rooms are offered with options such as private bathrooms, basic furnishings, cable service, and the ability to paint or decorate; however, not every room includes every feature. Housekeeping is performed regularly, and scheduled laundry keeps personal items clean.
