Atria Tamalpais Creek provides both Assisted Living and Memory Care, offering residents flexible support levels that can adapt as needs change. Staff can manage oxygen therapy, oral or injectable diabetic care and a range of advanced dementia conditions. Residents with psychiatric diagnoses are accepted, and regular podiatry visits are handled on-site, reducing the need for outside appointments.

Direct care is delivered by RNs and LPNs with awake staff on every night shift. Background-checked team members are present around the clock, and the grounds are secured by front and rear fencing, pull-cord call systems and PERS devices that alert staff immediately. Help with bathing, dressing and toileting is provided at a full-assistance level, while eating support is available for residents who require some physical help. Transfers are accommodated whether a resident uses a walker, wheelchair or simply needs standby oversight or a one-person assist. An activity director coordinates daily programs to keep residents engaged.

Apartments vary in size and layout, and not every unit includes every feature, but options may include a private bathroom, kitchenette and independent temperature controls. Housekeeping, maintenance and linen service are standard for all Assisted Living and Memory Care units, so residents do not have to manage routine chores.

Meals can be ordered from a menu at each sitting, and snacks are available throughout the day. The kitchen can modify textures, portion sizes and ingredients to support physician-directed diets or personal preferences. Independent Living residents who move into the community can elect medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, laundry service and a monthly meal plan, allowing them to add support only where it is needed.
