The Watermark at Westwood Village offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care under one roof, giving residents the option to transition between levels of support without changing communities. Residents who need clinical oversight benefit from on-site nurses, medication management, hospice coordination, visiting dentists, podiatrists, occupational and physical therapists, as well as programs specifically designed for advanced dementia. Oxygen therapy is supported, and staff are trained to manage special diets along with insulin injections for residents living with diabetes.

Daily support can be delivered at any level, from standby assistance to full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from simple walker guidance to two-person or Hoyer lift transfers, and bed-bound residents can be accommodated. All team members undergo background checks, and an Activity Director develops structured engagement throughout the day to complement the 24-hour care.

Residences may feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, furnished layouts, and in-unit laundry, though not every apartment includes every feature. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are provided community-wide, and Independent Living residents can opt for additional housekeeping or laundry as needed to maintain their preferred level of independence.

Three meals are available daily with both set menus and made-to-order options. Snacks are on hand at any time, and residents may dine in their apartment or reserve a private dining room for guests. The culinary team accommodates diet modifications such as gluten-free selections, vegetarian plates, mechanical-chopped or pureed textures, and thickened liquids for safer swallowing.

Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a fitness room, movie room, wellness center, barber and beauty shop, library, internet access, communal gardens, concierge services, special-interest clubs, and scheduled transportation for appointments and errands.
