The team accepts residents who wander during the day or night, exhibit exit-seeking behavior, remain awake overnight, or live with advanced dementia. Staff manage wound care, oxygen therapy, special diet plans, and blood-glucose monitoring for diabetics who use oral medication. The community is also open to adults under 60 who need an assisted-living setting.

Care delivery is supported by an RN or LPN on staff, background-checked caregivers, an awake night shift, and an activity director. Security measures include 24-hour staffing, fenced outdoor areas, alarmed doors, and in-room pull cords that alert caregivers. On-site podiatry visits are available. Residents can receive full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, and some help with eating.
