Pacific Villa offers three levels of residency—Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care—allowing residents to move between service lines as their needs change. The community accepts adults under 60, supports both oral-med and insulin-dependent diabetics, and is equipped to manage advanced dementia conditions.
Care delivery is backed by background-checked staff who remain awake overnight and by 24-hour security coverage. On-site medical resources include licensed nursing around the clock, pharmacy services, medication management, wound and pain care, cardiopulmonary support, bariatric services, hospice coordination, dental and podiatry visits, plus occupational and speech therapy. Residents can receive full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Mobility options range from standby help to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers, accommodating walkers and wheelchairs.
Accommodation choices vary; some units come with private bathrooms, cable, and the option to repaint or personalize the space, while others do not include all of these features. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided for every resident.
Meals follow a set menu with the kitchen able to accommodate physician-ordered diet modifications or individual nutrition plans.
Residents have access to wheelchair-friendly common areas, a movie room, internet, landscaped communal gardens, an on-site library, and organized special-interest clubs.
