Residents who choose Assisted Living can receive help with daily activities while remaining as self-reliant as possible, and the program is equipped to manage supplemental oxygen and mild dementia needs. Independent Living residents benefit from a lighter support model, with optional services available if needs change. An on-site podiatrist visits regularly so that foot-care issues can be addressed without leaving the community.

Care is backed by an RN or LPN on staff, a nurse on call around the clock, and an awake night shift. Background-checked team members monitor pull-cord and personal emergency response systems, and 24-hour security staff oversee the fenced grounds. Assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting when some physical help is required, and staff can perform wheelchair or walker transfers, standby supervision, or a one-person lift. The activity director coordinates daily programs that meet cognitive and social needs.

Apartments vary in layout and may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent climate controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate the space; not every unit has every feature, so it is best to review floor plans during a tour. Independent Living residents can add weekly housekeeping and laundry service, and a monthly meal plan is available for those who prefer to leave cooking to the staff.

Dining operates on a set menu prepared three times a day, with snacks offered between meals. Staff accommodate physician-ordered diets and monitor intake for residents who need some assistance with eating. Independent Living residents who purchase the meal plan dine in the same restaurant-style setting as Assisted Living residents, making it easy for friends to share mealtimes regardless of care level.

The property includes resident parking, wheelchair access throughout, a stair glide, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, barber and beauty shop, communal gardens, and designated outdoor smoking areas.
