Fremont Hills offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Residents who wander, whether in the morning or evening, are monitored, and staff can manage wound care, oxygen support, special diets, and diabetic needs for people on either oral medications or injections. The community accepts individuals living with advanced dementia and is equipped to deliver full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from simple standby support to one-person transfers, wheelchair assistance, walker guidance, and bed-bound care.

Care delivery is backed by an RN or LPN on staff, a nurse on call 24 hours, and a fully awake night shift. Background checks are completed for all employees, and the building maintains 24-hour security with pull-cord and PERS systems that alert staff. An Activity Director coordinates cognitive and social programs, while on-site clinicians provide medication management, physical and occupational therapy, ambulatory and incontinence care, dental and podiatry visits, plus hospice services. Memory Care areas are laid out specifically to reduce confusion and accommodate memory loss.

Residences may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate, though not every suite has every feature. Weekly housekeeping, linen change, and laundry are included for Assisted Living and Memory Care; Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, laundry service, and an optional monthly meal plan.

Meals are prepared to order, with snacks available throughout the day and diet modifications handled by staff who are already familiar with therapeutic menus such as low-sugar, low-sodium, or mechanically altered textures. Dining rooms feature table service, and caregivers are present to provide full assistance with eating when needed, ensuring residents on thickened liquids or pureed diets receive the correct consistency.

Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, library, computer center with internet access, communal gardens, and a microwave available for resident use.
