Park View Estates Assisted Living & Memory Care provides three levels of residency—independent living, assisted living, and a dedicated memory care program. Residents who wander or experience elopement risk, exhibit combative or other behavioral issues, stay up all night, or manage complex diagnoses such as advanced dementia receive structured supervision. The clinical team is equipped to serve people with wounds, oxygen needs, special diets, diabetes (oral agents, injections, or sliding scale), and adults younger than 60.

Around-the-clock staffing includes awake night-shift caregivers, a full-time nurse, and an on-site activity director. Background checks are standard, and security measures feature 24-hour monitored entrances, fenced outdoor areas, pull-cord call systems, and optional personal emergency response devices. On-site professionals such as occupational and physical therapists, podiatrist, optometrist, dentist, massage therapist, and hospice personnel support residents without requiring outside appointments. The community delivers full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting and can perform every level of transfer—from standby help to two-person or Hoyer lift moves for bed-bound residents.

Living options range from studio to one-bedroom apartments. Some units include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, in-unit laundry, cable, and the ability to paint or decorate the space; others may not carry every feature. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are provided for all residents.

Dining offers a set menu plus on-order choices at each meal. Snacks are available throughout the day, and in-room tray service or a private dining room can be arranged. The kitchen prepares modified diets—gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chopped, purée, or thickened-liquid plans—and clinical staff monitor adherence and nutrition management.

Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, designated outdoor smoking space, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie theater, wellness center, library, and high-speed internet. Special-interest clubs meet on site, and scheduled transportation takes residents to appointments and community outings.
