Ivy Park at Laguna Creek provides two levels of licensed care—Assisted Living and Memory Care—allowing residents to remain in the same community as needs change. Clinical support is available for wound care, oxygen therapy, special diet management, and diabetes management for both oral medications and insulin injections. The Memory Care program is equipped to work with residents experiencing the full spectrum of dementia, including advanced stages, ensuring tailored supervision and interventions that address behavior, safety, and cognitive decline.
Resident safety and clinical monitoring are strengthened by a full-time RN/LPN team, a 24-hour on-site nurse, and an awake night shift. All staff complete background checks, and personal emergency response systems, pull-cord alerts, door alarms, and a fenced outdoor courtyard add additional safeguards. On-site services cover 12–16 hours of daily nursing, medication management, wound care, hospice, occupational and physical therapy, podiatry, incontinence and ambulatory care, plus routine laundry and dry-cleaning support. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, some assistance with eating, and a full range of transfer support from walker and standby help to two-person and bed-bound transfers.
Living accommodations range from studios to larger apartments and may include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable service, housekeeping, scheduled laundry, and walk-in closets. Because floor plans vary, not every unit includes every feature.
Dining follows a set menu with snacks always available, and residents may eat in the dining room or request in-room service. The culinary team handles diet modifications such as mechanical-chopped meals, puréed textures, thickened liquids, vegetarian selections, and physician-ordered therapeutic diets.
Residents have access to a barber and beauty shop, landscaped grounds, walking paths, communal and country gardens, a country kitchen area, an activity room, library, rentable community room, fitness classes, and scheduled transportation for medical appointments and outings. Pet-friendly policies are in place; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
