The community is also equipped to serve residents younger than 60 and supports advanced dementia conditions that require specialized attention.
An RN or LPN is on staff, with a nurse on call around the clock. Background-checked caregivers provide awake overnight coverage, and the building features door alarms, a fenced rear area, pull cords, and personal emergency response systems to keep residents safe. On-site services such as podiatry, a therapy room, and psychiatric-issue acceptance reduce the need for outside appointments. Staff can furnish full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they are trained in every transfer level—from standby with a walker to two-person or Hoyer-lift moves for bed-bound residents.
Apartments may include a private bathroom, kitchenette, furnishings, independent temperature controls, cable service, and in-unit laundry, and residents can paint or decorate to suit personal taste; not every unit offers every feature, so it is best to verify during a tour.
