ActivCare Rolling Hills Ranch is a dedicated Memory Care community that accepts residents with early, moderate, or advanced dementia, including those who wander, elope, or are up all night. The building is equipped with door alarms, a fenced rear area, and 24-hour security to reduce the risk of unsupervised exits. On the clinical side, an RN or LPN is on staff at all times and a nurse is on site around the clock to oversee diabetic injections, manage special diets, and coordinate podiatry visits. Residents with co-existing psychiatric diagnoses can also be admitted.
Hands-on care is provided for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and staff can handle everything from standby assistance to two-person transfers for walkers and wheelchairs. All direct-care shifts are awake overnight, and every employee passes a background check. An activity director plans structured cognitive and physical programs throughout the day so residents are engaged when they are awake and supervised when they are restless.
Private and companion suites are available. Some rooms include a private bathroom, and residents may bring personal furniture, paint the walls, or add décor with management approval. Cable service is optional. Because floor plans vary, not every room has every feature, so it is important to confirm specific amenities during a tour.
Meals are prepared on site and offered through an on-order system so residents can choose from several options at each seating. Therapeutic menus accommodate low-sugar, low-salt, and other physician-prescribed diets, and snacks are stocked throughout the day for those who prefer smaller, more frequent portions.
Community features include wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, a wellness center, internet access, and secure communal gardens for supervised outdoor time. Scheduled transportation is available for medical appointments and local errands.
