Ivy Park at Cerritos offers both Assisted Living and Independent Living, giving residents and their families flexibility as care needs change. For those requiring medical oversight, the community supports residents who are up all night, on oxygen, need wound care, follow special diets, are under 60 years old, or manage diabetes with oral medications, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. Mild dementia conditions are also accommodated. Licensed staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and a full range of transfer help, from simple standby support to two-person lifts. Podiatry services are available on-site, reducing the need for outside appointments.

Care is reinforced by a 24-hour nurse on call, awake night-shift staff, and a security system that includes pull cords and personal emergency response devices linking residents directly to staff. All employees undergo background checks, and there is round-the-clock security presence. An Activity Director coordinates daily engagement to complement the medical services and help maintain cognitive and physical function.

Accommodations range from studios to larger apartments. Some units feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent climate controls and furnished setups, while others may have only selected features; residents can also bring their own furniture, paint the walls, and arrange for cable service.
