An RN or LPN is on staff, there is a nurse on call around the clock, and 24-hour security and caregiving personnel remain on site. Residents have access to 12- to 16-hour nursing coverage, wound care, occupational and physical therapy, podiatry, optometry, and medication management. Full assistance can be provided with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and staff can support transfers ranging from standby help to two-person or Hoyer lift transfers, including care for individuals who are bed-bound.

Private and semiprivate studios and efficiency apartments are available, with select units offering kitchenettes, ground-floor access, wheelchair-accessible showers, in-unit washer and dryer, flat-screen TV, phone, cable, and Wi-Fi. Common areas include fireside living rooms, indoor lounges, computer and library spaces, and landscaped courtyards with walking paths and gardens. Central air conditioning and uncovered surface parking are provided, and the community is pet friendly; however, not every accommodation includes every feature listed.

Meals follow a set menu with the ability to modify recipes to meet physician-ordered dietary requirements, including low-sugar, low-sodium, or other special diet plans. Staff monitor meal intake and can provide full assistance with eating when necessary, ensuring residents with diabetes or other nutritional needs receive proper portion control and timing.
