Team members can step in with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting for residents who normally handle these tasks on their own but occasionally need help. Amenities on the campus include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an exercise room, internet access, a library, communal gardens, and regular on-site religious services. Utilities such as water, sewer, and trash are bundled into the monthly fee, with phone and electricity billed separately. Scheduled transportation is offered, and the property is also close to public transit for residents who drive less or not at all. Outdoor smoking areas are designated, and pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
