Adagio Gardens Central operates as a residential care home and is equipped to handle a broad spectrum of medical needs. The team is prepared for residents who wander day or night, present elopement risks, exhibit combative behaviors, remain awake through the night, or require complex wound care. Oxygen therapy, special diets, and diabetic management—whether oral medication, injections, or sliding scale insulin—are readily available, and the home is experienced in supporting residents under 60 as well as those living with advanced dementia.
Registered and licensed nurses are on staff, background checks are mandatory for all employees, and an awake night shift supplements 24-hour security with alarmed doors, a fenced rear area, and resident call alerts. On-site podiatry is provided, and the community accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Full assistance is offered for bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting. Transfer capabilities range from walker and wheelchair support to one- or two-person assists, Hoyer lift use, and care for bed-bound individuals.
Private and semi-private rooms are available, and some include private bathrooms, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to personalize paint or décor; not every room features every option. Furnishings are provided, and housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are part of the standard package.
Meals are prepared with both set menus and on-order selections, with snacks available throughout the day and in-room dining when needed. The kitchen accommodates diet modifications such as gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, puree, and thickened-liquid plans to align with physician directives and resident preferences.
Residents have access to on-site parking, outdoor smoking areas, full wheelchair accessibility, and community-wide internet. Communal gardens offer outdoor space, and worship services take place on the premises. Scheduled transportation is provided for medical appointments, shopping, and local outings.
