Rutledge Ranch Retreat, LLC operates as both a Residential Care Home and a Memory Care setting, accepting residents with moderate dementia and a wide range of medical needs. The team is equipped to monitor and assist individuals who wander during either the day or night, provide ongoing wound care, manage supplemental oxygen, and support special dietary requirements. Younger adults who need a higher level of supervision are welcome, and diabetes care spans oral medications, injections, and sliding-scale insulin.

Clinical oversight is reinforced by an RN or LPN on staff and a nurse on call around the clock. All employees undergo background checks, and an awake night shift works alongside 24-hour on-site security. Both front and rear areas are fenced, doors are alarmed, and a personal emergency response system alerts staff when help is needed. Residents can receive full assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting, and transfer help ranges from walker support to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers for those who are bed-bound.

Private and semi-private rooms are available furnished, and residents may be allowed to repaint or decorate to make the space their own. Cable service, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry are provided, although not every room offers every feature, so families should confirm availability during a tour.

Meals follow a set menu with snacks offered between scheduled dining times. The kitchen can accommodate a variety of diet modifications, including mechanically chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid textures, as well as vegetarian options, to align with physician orders and resident preferences.

Additional services include resident parking, outdoor smoking areas, wheelchair-accessible common spaces, a barber and beauty shop, internet access, landscaped communal gardens, and on-site religious services.
