The memory care neighborhood is laid out and staffed specifically to accommodate memory loss, while assisted living residents receive individualized assistance with tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.

Additional health services are available on-site or through visiting professionals. Residents can access diabetes management, respite or short-term stays, hospice coordination, ambulatory and incontinence care, and comprehensive medication management. A licensed nurse oversees care plans, and physical, occupational, and speech therapists hold sessions in the community. A podiatrist and primary care doctor make scheduled visits, and care staff are trained to monitor changing conditions so interventions can be arranged promptly.

Living quarters range from studios to larger layouts, and not every unit has the same features. Select apartments include kitchenettes, balconies, patios, or decks, while all are air-conditioned, handicap accessible, and have Wi-Fi. Common spaces feature a central fireplace, piano, butterfly garden, and outdoor seating areas. Wheelchair-accessible showers and reserved parking are available.

Meals are prepared three times a day and included in the monthly rate. Residents can choose from all-day dining options and customize plates to meet vegetarian, kosher, gluten-free, low-sodium, or no-sugar guidelines. Guest meals can be arranged for visiting family members.

Daily life is supported by an activity center, library and computer lounge, indoor and outdoor walking paths, fitness and yoga classes, live music, karaoke, happy hours, and regularly scheduled social outings. Residents can join clubs, reminiscence gatherings, intergenerational programs, and birthday celebrations. A swimming pool is available for exercise or leisure.
