Brookdale Jones Farm provides two levels of residential care—Assisted Living and Independent Living. Residents choosing Assisted Living can receive diabetes monitoring and education, onsite physical therapy, physician visits, respite or short-term stays, and a structured mental wellness program. Care protocols are in place for people living with moderate dementia, aiming to balance safety with a degree of personal autonomy wherever feasible.
Registered and licensed nurses are on campus 24/7, supported by round-the-clock security staff. The community delivers 12–16 hours of direct nursing coverage each day and arranges wound care, medication management, hospice coordination, occupational therapy, podiatry, and comprehensive diabetic support. Staff provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting and are trained to manage transfers involving walkers, wheelchairs, or standby supervision. Incontinence services, ambulatory oversight, and pet-focused programs round out the medical support.
Accommodation choices range from studio and efficiency apartments to larger layouts with kitchenettes and in-unit washers and dryers. Many units feature cable television, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and wheelchair-accessible showers, although not every apartment includes every item. Residents have access to uncovered parking, guest suites for visitors, indoor common rooms with computer and media centers, and outdoor spaces such as porches, landscaped gardens, and walking paths.
Meals are served from a set menu that accommodates physician-ordered diet modifications, including diabetic and texture-altered options. Three daily meals are provided in the main dining room, with staff available for full assistance during mealtimes. Intake is monitored in collaboration with the nursing team, and private dining can be scheduled for family gatherings or special events.
Amenities include resident parking, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, wellness center, library, arts and crafts studio, game room, billiards table, piano, fireside living room, business center with computers, flat-screen TVs, therapy room, communal gardens, greenhouse, walking paths, porch, and a community room available for private rental. On-site religious services, concierge services, postal services, a 24-hour security system, and scheduled transportation are also provided. Pets are allowed.
