Kelley Place & Madison Heights of Enterprise provide assisted-living care aimed at maintaining residents’ health and daily routine. A licensed nurse is on-site around the clock to oversee medication administration, monitor chronic conditions, and respond to changes in health status. Caregivers help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while coordinating with physicians, pharmacies, and outside therapists to keep each care plan current. Emergency response systems are in place throughout the community, and staff members are trained in fall prevention and first aid to reduce hospital transfers whenever possible.
Supplementary health services include scheduled physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions delivered on site, routine vital-sign checks, and transportation to medical appointments. The community arranges on-site visits from podiatrists and other specialists, manages lab draws, and assists residents in following physician-ordered diets or exercise programs. Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance are handled by staff so residents can focus on therapy, wellness classes, and social activities designed to support cognitive and physical health.
Accommodations consist of studio and one-bedroom apartments equipped with step-free entryways, grab bars in bathrooms, emergency call cords, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Selected units add kitchenettes, walk-in closets, or patio access, but not all apartments include every feature. Weekly housekeeping and linen services are provided, and maintenance staff handle repairs to ensure rooms remain functional and safe.
Residents receive three meals daily, prepared under the guidance of a dietary manager who can adjust menus for low-sodium, diabetic, or other physician-ordered restrictions. Meals are served in a communal dining room with staff available to assist anyone who needs help cutting food or managing utensils. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and a private dining space can be reserved for family gatherings.
